As a permanent photo booth installation service and venue photo booth partner, every Booth Lab installation is custom designed to fit your brand aesthetic, physically built for your space, and fully maintained by us on an ongoing basis. We take care of everything. Your team never needs to touch it.

You provide the space. We handle everything else. Once your application is approved, we'll schedule a discovery session to walk through design preferences, installation logistics, and partnership terms in detail. From there, Booth Lab manages the entire process: custom design and build, delivery, professional fit-out, and ongoing maintenance and technical support.
Our technical team provides remote support as a first response. Many issues can be diagnosed and resolved without anyone needing to visit your venue. Where an on site visit is required, one of our technicians will attend to diagnose and resolve the issue directly. We take full responsibility for the booth's operation and will always aim to minimise downtime and get the booth back up and running as quickly as possible.
The physical installation typically takes one to two days once the build is complete. We deliver directly from our workshop to your venue and handle the full custom fit-out on site. We coordinate timing to minimise disruption to your operations, and our team will keep you informed at every stage of the process.
Absolutely. Branding is central to every Booth Lab installation. During your discovery session, we'll work through your colour palette, design direction, embellishments, and any specific branding requirements. The result is a booth that feels like a natural, considered extension of your venue, not a generic piece of equipment placed in a corner.
Every booth is custom designed in close collaboration with you, so there's no fixed catalogue to choose from. Styles can range from sleek, modern, and futuristic through to warmly nostalgic, vintage analogue aesthetics, and everything in between. We also have a number of styles currently in development that you're welcome to use as a starting point or source of inspiration. We'll advise on what works best for your space, your guest demographic, and the experience you want to create.
We currently operate across Sydney, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and Melbourne. If your venue is located outside these cities, we'd still encourage you to apply. We regularly assess opportunities beyond our core territory and may be able to accommodate the right venue partner.
